Can I try Salespanel for Free?

Yes, of course. Salespanel provides you with a 14-day free trial for all premium plans. You can try all available features for free during the trial. You don't need to provide your credit card information to start the trial.

What happens after my free trial?

Once your free trial for our premium plans is over, you can extend the trial by adding a payment method. You can also get in touch with us and let us know how you plan to upgrade, and we will help you through it. For some reason, if you don't intend to upgrade, you can delete your Salespanel account.

How is pricing determined for a plan?

The pricing factors in the number of unique visitors you want to track per month and the lead scoring model to create real-time audiences from your first-party data.

How can I estimate my visitor quota?

Monthly unique visitors or MTUs are active visitors who were seen in your system in a month. The monthly unique visitor count is a combination of existing monthly active users in a month and new users/visitors that you received that month.

What if my visitor quota gets exhausted?

Salespanel subscriptions are billed annually. If you exceed the monthly visitor quota allotted in your subscription plan, the tracking won't stop. It will incur additional charges as overages for that month according to your pricing tier.

Salespanel dashboard will show you a warning message when your traffic exceeds the available visitor quota in your subscription plan. The billing section will also show how much traffic you have in excess of your current available quota.

If your overall requirement for the monthly tracking has increased, you can change your annual plan according to that. Annual plans allow you to purchase visitor quota at an optimized rate. Please get in touch with us.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Salespanel subscriptions are invoiced annually. You can only upgrade to a higher subscription plan during the term at any time. You can also purchase an additional quota at any time.

Do I need to bring my own data warehouse?

No, you don't need to. We help you store your first-party data as long as you need it per your business requirement and data policy. We also help you with your ETL needs out-of-the-box.

Does Salespanel charge me for data storage?

No, we don't. Warehouse-based storage is supported across all plans. If you are compiling a custom plan with us, charges may depend on the data retention time period, ETL customizations, and add-on services you are availing of.

Can I use Salespanel and remain GDPR Compliant?

Salespanel features allow you to honor your customers' data requests and maintain compliance with GDPR and CCPA. Salespanel offers consent-based tracking, data export, user deletion, and sensitive data exclusion.

We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and new Standard Contractual (SCCs) to meet contractual requirements of applicable data privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR, and to address international data transfers. Salespanel's online Data Protection Addendum (DPA) is already part of and incorporated with the Terms of Service.
